InformMe goes live in Radiology Switzerland, enabling patients to complete forms from home

Radiology Switzerland has successfully rolled out InformMe, a digital platform for patient forms, representing an important step in improving the quality of care and data accuracy through digitalization, while enhancing the patient experience. 

With InformMe now live, patients can complete their administrative and medical forms in advance, from the comfort of their own homes, or digitally on site during their visit. Replacing paper forms with secure electronic submissions allows patient information to be captured more clearly and consistently, and transferred directly into our systems. 

The use of InformMe improves data quality across Radiology Switzerland, supports reliable and standardized processes, and contributes to a smoother patient journey. By making preparation easier and more convenient for patients, the platform also helps reduce missed appointments.
